How far will you go?

Last week we used MailChimp to send an email out. We’ve done this a couple times and it’s an amazing service. The service is so good that they can stop their, but instead they offer small things like what you see here. Its nothing big, nothing that special, but it’s unique. They care about their customers and care about their services. That is being said when they offer small things like this. Its a paper toy. Nothing more.

Got me thinking, what can we do to show customers we care? What can you do? It just takes going above and beyond, just a little, and it says a lot. Im going to start thinking about this.
